Cult of the Lamb (Xbox Series X/S) - Xbox Live Key - Europe Restricted
Cult of the Lamb (Xbox Series X/S) - Xbox Live Key - Europe Restricted
Overview:
Cult of the Lamb is an action roguelike developed by Massive Monster and published by Devolver Digital. Players assume the role of a possessed lamb, rescued from annihilation by an ominous stranger, who must repay their debt by building a loyal following. The game combines elements of dungeon crawling with base-building and management.
Key Features:
- RTS-lite Base Management: Establish and expand a loyal community. Players will construct various buildings including temples, shrines, and resource generators. Management involves assigning followers to tasks such as resource gathering, worship, and construction.
- Action Roguelike Combat: Undertake crusades into diverse, procedurally generated regions. Combat is top-down, featuring a variety of weapon types and curses (magical abilities). Players will encounter different enemy types and boss encounters. Death in a crusade results in the loss of a portion of resources and progress, but the cult persists.
- Follower Management: Recruit new followers from defeated enemies or rescued individuals. Followers possess unique traits that can influence their productivity or loyalty. Maintaining follower faith and loyalty is crucial and involves performing daily sermons, providing food, and managing their needs and desires. Unhappy followers may dissent or leave the cult.
- Resource Gathering & Crafting: Gather resources like wood, stone, food, and devotion to construct buildings, upgrade existing structures, and craft new weapons and curses.
- Rituals & Doctrines: Unlock and perform rituals that provide temporary or permanent buffs to the cult, such as improved resource generation or combat advantages. Establish doctrines to shape the cult's beliefs, influencing follower behavior and unlocking new abilities.
- Progression System: Unlock new weapons, curses, rituals, and building blueprints through exploration and fulfilling objectives. Upgrade the lamb's abilities and follower traits as the cult grows.
