Pokémon Legends: Z-A - Mega Dimension is an upcoming action role-playing game developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo. This title marks a new entry in the Pokémon Legends series, following Pokémon Legends: Arceus. The game is scheduled for a worldwide release in 2025.
Set entirely within Lumiose City, the game focuses on an urban redevelopment plan for the metropolis. Players will experience a unique perspective on the Pokémon world, with the entire game taking place within a single, expansive urban environment. The narrative intertwines with the city's transformation and its Pokémon inhabitants.
Gameplay Features:
- Lumiose City Setting: Explore a fully realized, single urban environment. The entire gameplay experience is confined to Lumiose City.
- Urban Development Theme: Engage with a storyline centered around an "urban redevelopment plan" for Lumiose City.
- Return of Mega Evolution: This installment confirms the return of Mega Evolution, a temporary power-up mechanic for Pokémon during battles.
- Action RPG Mechanics: The game continues the action RPG framework established by Pokémon Legends: Arceus, blending real-time action with traditional Pokémon battle elements.
