Game Overview:
Tetris Effect: Connected is an enhanced version of the puzzle game Tetris Effect. It features all modes from the original release, including over 30 stages with unique music, sound effects, and visual styles. The core gameplay adheres to traditional Tetris mechanics, where players rotate and drop falling tetrominoes to clear horizontal lines.
This version introduces new multiplayer modes. "Connected" is a co-op mode where three players join forces to defeat AI-controlled bosses. Players share a single Matrix and accumulate a "Zone" meter together to trigger a special state where their Matrices merge. "Zone Battle" is a competitive 1v1 mode utilizing the Zone mechanic for strategic offensive and defensive play. Standard competitive and co-op modes are also included, such as "Score Attack" and "Classic Score Attack" for competitive play, and "Connected Vs. AI" for co-operative play against computer opponents. Cross-platform play is supported across all compatible versions of Tetris Effect: Connected.
The game supports 4K resolution and 60 frames per second on Xbox Series X and compatible Windows 10 PCs. An optional Spectator Mode allows players to watch live multiplayer matches.
